Judy Miller, Go Directly to Jail

Just a few hours after Time's Matthew Cooper agreed to testify before a grand jury in the Valerie Plame leak case, Judge Thomas Hogan ordered Judith Miller, Cooper's New York Times colleague, jailed for refusing to cooperate. She could remain in jail until the grand jury investigation is completed.
