SCOTUS Watch: Rehnquist Updates

Wonkette has the only update of any substance so far today: "Supreme Court Chief Justice William Rehnquist is still not retired."

Oh, and Kathryn Lopez at Bench Memos says Rehnquist was wearing his Nike hat when he left his house this morning. From this she concludes "He's well, he's not retiring." I guess that's got to be as least as good an indicator as anything Bob Novak has to say.
