Sunday Show Guests

Talk of the upcoming Court nomination on the Sunday shows tomorrow looks to be present but minimal, superseded by the terrorist attacks in London this week. Here are the lineups.

Meet the Press (NBC): This week it's Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff's turn to have a go at the trifecta; he'll start here. Also scheduled are author and intel analyst Stephen Flynn and former Homeland Security official Admiral James Loy. Senator Orrin Hatch (R-UT), of both the Judiciary and Intelligence Committees, will bridge the gap between London and SCOTUS and rounds out the guest list.

Fox News Sunday: President Bush's Homeland Security Advisor Fran Townsend takes this one; she'll be followed by Senators Pat Roberts (R-KS, Chairman of the Intelligence Committee) and Chris Dodd (D-CT, Foreign Relations Committee). The FNS panel this week will be the WaPo's Ceci Connolly, columnist Charles Krauthammer, Bill Kristol and Juan Williams.

Face the Nation (CBS): Chertoff makes his second appearance here, to be followed by Senators Specter and Leahy (they couldn't be on all the shows last week). Jan Crawford Greenburg joins in the questioning.

This Week (ABC): Chertoff's third swing. Senators Lindsey Graham and Mark Pryor (R,D - Gang of 14) will also appear, as will space shuttle commander Eileen Collins. The roundtable will be composed of Fareed Zakaria, Richard Clarke, and Martha Raddatz.

Late Edition (CNN): Townsend fills in for Chertoff here. Also slated to appear are Senators Lugar and Boxer of the Foreign Relations Committee, along with terrorism analyst Peter Bergen, RAND's Bruce Hoffman, and former acting CIA director John McLaughlin.

Senator Biden looks to be taking the weekend off. After his goof-up last Sunday, that's probably a good idea.
