Gingrich, Clark Fuel More '08 Rumors

Via PoliticalWire, the latest 2008 presidential nomination scoop: Newt Gingrich is test-driving a "blueprint" for a "governing majority" to Republican congressional staff (not to mention the fact that he spent the weekend in Iowa), and retired General Wesley Clark this week will hold a $1,000-per plate fundraiser to refill his PAC's coffers, presumably in preparation for another run at political office.
