"Nature at Bay"

One of today's New York Times editorials is well worth a read - "Nature at Bay" examines some of President Bush's environmental proposals and actions and concludes that they "suggest that he not only has failed to learn from past mistakes, but is determined to repeat them on a more destructive scale."
