Deep Throat Dominate Sunday Shows

Via evote.com, here are the lineups for tomorrow's talk shows. As you can see, the emergence of Deep Throat this week seems to have distracted producers from the actual news.

Meet the Press: (the one exception). Guest for the hour will be Ken Mehlman, chair of the Republican National Committee.

Fox News Sunday: Richard Ben-Veniste, prosecutor during the Watergate days (most recently a 9/11 Commissioner); G. Gordon Liddy, Watergate conspirator. Also will feature William Schulz, the executive director of Amnesty International.

This Week: Ben Bradlee, executive editor of the Washington Post during Watergate. Also Senator Joe Biden and rock star Bryan Adams. Why Adams? No idea.

Face the Nation: Bradlee; John Dean, Nixon's White House Counsel; and author James Mann.

Late Edition: Headline guests are Senators McConnell and Dodd; also Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari; John Harris of the Washington Post; Henry Kissinger; Zbigniew Brzezinski; Al Haig; Chuck Colson; Bradlee; Dean.

Best bets: Meet the Press and the first segment of Late Edition. Unless you're obsessed with thirty-year old anonymous tipsters. Then I hope you have a comfortable couch.
