Endangered Species and Regionalism

We've spoken here before of the East-West political split over the Endangered Species Act, but this Brad Knickerbocker piece in today's CSM distills the issues fairly well. As the debate over the ESA moves to the Senate side of the Hill, it's an instructive article for understanding some of the dynamics that come into play.
