Yikes

I don't know whether to be glad that I read this Washington Post report on former Soviet bio-weapons labs that are still operating in various former satellite states under, shall we say, "less than desirable" conditions as disease-research centers ... or whether I ought to file it under "maybe I was better off not knowing." It's pretty chilling - and shockingly worrisome.
