Another "Major Speech"

President Bush spoke at the National Endowment for Democracy this morning in which his press secretary had billed as a "major speech" on Iraq and the fight against terrorism. As with most of the "major speeches" over the last couple years, this one was decidedly not. It seems, from all accounts, to have been nothing more than more of the same.
