Sunday Show Guests
The Rove/Plame/etc. story breaks onto the Sunday talk show stage tomorrow morning, but the Supreme Court nomination will remain the main attraction.
Tim Russert will host Time reporter Matthew Cooper on Meet the Press (NBC), to discuss Cooper's testimony before the federal grand jury this week (assuming he can even talk about much of anything - this has the potential to be either a very interesting or incredibly boring interview). RNC Chairman Ken Mehlman will also appear on the show, to debate former Clinton White House Chief of Staff John Podesta. Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein round out the guest list.
On CBS' Face the Nation, Bob Schieffer and Jan Crawford Greenburg will interview House Majority Whip Roy Blunt (R-MO), followed by Senators Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC/Gang of 14). [Update: RedState reports that former Ambassador Joe Wilson will also be on FTN. -- 8:20 p.m.]
This Week (ABC) will not air this week; it's being preempted by the British Open.
On Fox News Sunday, headliners will be Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Arlen Specter (R-PA) and Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-LA/Gang of 14). Rep. Jane Harman (D-CA), the ranking Democrat on the House Select Committee on Intelligence, will also appear. The FNS panel this week: Nina Easton of the Boston Globe, Juan Williams, Bill Kristol, and Fred Barnes.
CNN's Late Edition will feature Lt. Gen. David Petraeus, the ground commander in Iraq. Senators Orrin Hatch (R-UT) and Joe Biden (D-DE) will also guest. Will Hatch continue his grumpy attitude from the past couple of weekends? I'd guess probably, but we'll see. Mehlman will make his second appearance here as well, and Blitzer will also speak with British Defense Minister John Reid.

Glad to know that Biden only took one week off from his usual Sunday gambit(sarcasm). Actually I like him, but he's overdoing it.
Too bad Cooper isn't going to get a lot of time on MTP, based on the guest line-up.
Nice page!!! Greatings from Germany!!!
Andrei - yeah, got a tip from Wonkette during the Friday afternoon when we were both live-blogging the SCOTUS retirement rumor craziness. The link is in this post, deep down.
Phil - I agree, he does too much. A couple Sundays off might be a good idea (or at least two in a row!).
Christ - Welcome, come back anytime!
