More on the Big-Spending Republicans

Simon at Centerfield has a good post summarizing a new Cato Institute study on the state of federal spending under the Bush Administration. I'll probably have some more thoughts on the study once I've had a chance to get through the whole thing, but Simon's got an excellent start on it.
