Weld Singing the Right Tune

I have posted favorably before about Bill Weld's candidacy in next year's New York gubernatorial election, and a story out today gives me even more reason to give some positive mention to him. It may be kind of shticky, but I like the fact that Weld asked that he no longer be referred to as "Governor Weld," (unless he wins the election next year). "I plan to run as 'Mister,' if I can make that stick, to emphasize that I've got to earn this," Weld told reporters today after a meeting with state party officials.
