Libby In Big Trouble?

Dick Cheney's chief of staff, Scooter Libby, has long been implicated as one of the major players in the disclosure of Valerie Plame Wilson's CIA cover. National Journal reported today that he may soon find himself in some serious hot water, since he apparently failed to disclose a conversation with Times reporter Judith Miller to either the grand jury (in two appearances before them) or FBI officials (in two interviews) investigating the leak.

Batten down the hatches folks, the indictment storm may be a'comin'!
